I’ve had my Versa 2 for just over a year (of course it’s now out of warranty) and last night the screen started displaying moving gray and blue lines of varying width on the screen (kind of like an old tv that wasn’t getting a signal). Then it turned black with small specks of red, blue and green. This morning it is back to the moving lines. Restarting it (as I’ve done 5 times) does not fix the issue. I’ve tried to change the clock face to a Fitbit created face but this does not resolve it either. I’m disappointed in the quality of the product if this is what happens after only one year of regular use, especially since I know there is nothing Fitbit will do to compensate for it.

Hi my versa 2 is 7 months old and is the same as the lady above. It is hard to read the screen as the lines are quite big. There is no option online to chat to someone.

I had trouble with the chat function on here as well. Just so disappointing since it’s only just past the warranty period (I bought it Black Friday-ish last year). I turned around and bought a new one on here today due to the sale but just wish that you could count on something for that price to last more than a year (and even less in your case). Some sort of credit toward my new purchase would be nice but I highly doubt that would happen. Hopefully you have better luck than me!

Mine is the same and to be 7 months old and the money they cost I thought it would last a lot longer. Cannot make anything out on the watch such as time as cannot see the clock face. Can you point me in the direction of the chat facility as it is nowhere to be found on your website. For such expensive products I thought it would have been a lot easier to contact customer services with such issues.
