Versa 2 has developed green lines on the screen

Yesterday, I noticed my screen had a green background with green lines and then it shut off completely.  I tried charging, it turned back on for a second went to all green screen and then shutoff, again. At this time it will not come on at all.   I know the battery is fully charged.  Unfortunately, since the screen was not readable and my watch is no longer functioning I can’t do any of the processes I’ve seen recommended to be done.

Hi there, @1blueyedsweetie. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks for answering. However, if my watch won’t power on how am I able change my clock face?  Doesn’t the app have to be able to communicate with the watch ?
