This is the second watch I have had from Fitbit with the same issue. The watch will not work at all, as it has green lines all over the screen. There is evidently an ongoing issue for some years whereby Fitbit are not fixing this issue and simply sending out refurbished replacements that do the same. Not acceptable given the cost of the item. Very poor shelf life of this product.
