Versa 2 has developed white and green lines on the screen

Overnight my device has gotten white and green lines on the screen. No matter how many times i reset the device. The logo neven shows and just goes to a black screen. Than the lines are there again. Even going back with a factory reset wil not help. It still connect to my phone and app but de screen of the versa wil only show these lines. How do i fix this?

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Mine has done the exact same thing... and it happened yesterday out of the blue 😔. Would love to know of there is a fix because I don't want to have to get a new one.

I thought I was the only one with this issue clearly not my watch is still tracking everything just nothing showing on the screen seen pic 

Spoken to fit bit nothing they can do as its out of warrenty but for only having it 27 month really considering other smart watch options now as it look like it's a come fault and not just a one off 

A shame as its been a great watch up until the last update

Mine was a black screen, I cannot syn, restart it, when I charge it this happens and still cannot sync or restart

Mine is doing the exact same thing today, was fitbit helpful in figuring out a solution? They said it's out of warranty, and offered a 35% coupon which doesn't seem like much considering my fitbit has always been faulty, and they never did anything about it. It stopped tracking heartrate and sleep score two months after buying it and now the screen is doing this.

Mine is doing the same and as with you my warranty run out end July 22 even as I had been in contact with them , Fitbit was not interested and offered me a 35% discount on a new watch, obviously Fitbit want you to purchase a new Fitbit then 2 years down the line I will be in the same position .

Totally disgusting and disgraceful service from Fitbit 

Does anyone know the name and address of the Fitbit CEO of the uk. 

The Versa 2 must be designed only to last 2 years.
