Before considering other options, please confirm that you've tried restarting your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I've done both of the suggested things and the lines won't go away. This morning I only had 1 line and now there are 2. Changed clock faces multiple times and tried restarting multiple times. What's next?
