I love my fit bit. I charged it and when I picked it up it had white lines running down the side. Restarted it 6 times. I'm so sad I've only had it 1 year. Help!

One thing you can try once its started, if it will sync, is to change the clock face in the Fitbit App to Fitbit Wavefrom, this will ascertain if it is a clock face issue or watch issue.
