I have a versa 2, maybe 4 months old. Left it on the charger for 2 days and when I took it off today, I have vertical and horizontal lines on the display.
I have rebooted the fitbit (held the button for long enough to turn it off and then back on. But that did not make the lines go away.
Any other suggestions on what I could do to get the device to work properly?

Hi there, @VivsL. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
I'd recommend to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
