Versa 2 has developed white lines on the screen

My versa 2 is showing blank flashing white screen and won't let me switch off or update.

No, couldn't get it fixed. Tried everything that customer services suggested, including trying an update, but wasn't even able to update. Ended up buying a new one.Sent from my Galaxy
