My Versa 2 was bought Nov 2021 as a Xmas gift and has been fab until last week. Started getting the dimming issue and I followed the restart advice and fixed it. Now I've got non stop white lines and flashing/strobing, the screen doesn't time out. Totally unusable. Bit fed up it's not that long out of warranty, my previous fitbits never broke and I just used to upgrade, so this is a first for me. Help!!

Hi there, @sbarty. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

No luck I'm afraid - I restarted, then changed the clock, which took a few attempts because the shimmering/flickering was making it hard to see the screen.
