These vertical white lines have been for 3 days, shutting off and on does nothing

Hi @Siydock - swipe the watch face left to get to app selection menu, if the lines disappear try changing clock face, if they remain the watch may have a fault.

If it is under warranty it can be replaced else only if it becomes unbearable you could try a last option of a factory reset but that isn't without risk and is unlikely to resolve it.

If you choose to reset wait 5 minutes before doing anything with the watch to give it time to complete and only if the initial screen no longer has the fault set it up again.

That does not do anything.
There are 2 thin lines and one very wide.
The watch is at least 3 yr old, so nit likely any warranty, suggestions
please.

@Siydock- as mentioned if you switch to the watch apps selection menu or swipe up to the Today app and the lines remain it almost certainly has a fault with the screen connections, which can't be repaired.

If you intend to replace it do research as the current new Fitbit models may not have all the features you use on the Versa 2 but other makes may have.
