Versa 2 has developed white lines on the screen

My verse 2 has developed a vertical bright white light with black lines and is a quarter of the way across the screen. I have changed the clock face but to no avail. Can anyone help

Hi @Potts54 - it sounds like a fault with the watch and if a restart doesn't fix it unfortunately it probably is.

If it's under warranty it can be replaced.

Hi. The watch is only just over 2 years old and I have been having trouble
since I switched over to Google. So disappointing I really like this
watch. Thank you

I agree with the switch to Google. I have had trouble since then. I really like my watch also. Now m debating if to get a new Versa r a standard watch.

I am the same. I don’t think I will be getting a Fitbit. There should be
some where to get the watch fixed. Not have to replace after 2 years

I agree with you. There should have been an update before this. I noticed
alot of people where having the same problem. My watch got really hot
trying to install the update.

My versa 2 is totally stuffed now. Time to get a new one and it won’t be a
