Versa 2 has frozen on logo screen after failed update attempt

Hello!

 

I recently tried to update the software for my Fitbit Versa2 and the device froze mid update I believe. It has since shut itself down and then came back on but won’t progress further than the logo screen! I have tried hard resetting a dozen times, i removed the device to then try and search it again to no avail.

 

I really need this working as it tracks all of my training! 

can anyone help?

I'd call support as they were very responsive to my situation.  If you're still under warranty they will more than likely issue you a return label and once received will mail you back a new Versa 2 "kit" as was described to me when I called them a couple weeks ago.  If not under warranty they'll likely offer you a percentage off on a replacement for the same model.
