Versa 2 has short battery life

I've had my Versa 2 only 4 months and I have to charge it every 2 days. So disappointed with it.  When I bought it it was advertised as 7 days battery life. Bull.  Unhappy customer.

@cathm I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Versa 2's battery draining quickly. Besides @cathm great suggestions I would like to add that you can try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
