Versa 2 has stopped providing text message notifications

Help! My Versa 2 has stopped providing text message notifications on my Samsung 10+.  When will this be resolved? It worked fine for 2 weeks then just stoppe . I've reinstalled the app and the tracker too. What is the issue?

Hi @Cobbins , some Android users have problems with the text messages9 (just like iPhone users), mainly Samsung users (Tizen layer?). This is the result of the latest update version 70.7.14. Fitbit is aware of this issue and is working on a fix for it. Regards kuzibri

Hey, kuzibri, thanks for the Minimal Style clock face recommendation I saw in another post.  I changed to that and am very satisfied.

When will this issue be resolved? We all paid a lot of money and would our devices to work they way your product claims it will work .
