Versa 2 has stopped tracking my exercises

It’s been three weeks and my verdad 2 has stopped tracking my daily exercise!!! Does anyone know how to fix this?!

Hi there, @CarKarCar. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how you must be feeling. 

To better assist you with this, would you mind letting me know how you track your exercises? Do you use SmartTrack or you initiate the exercise manually from the exercise shortcuts? 

If you're referring to SmartTrack, I recommend confirming that the Auto-Exercise Recognition setting is set to "On". By default, SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't being recognized, lowering the time auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes may help ensure they record properly. For more information about SmartTrack, please review our help article: How do I track exercise and activity with my Fitbit device?

On the other hand, if you use the exercise shortcuts, please restart your Versa 2. Then, test your watch to see if you continue having the same issue. For more information, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
