Versa 2 has stopped tracking my sleep data

I got this watch 4 days ago. On the first night of wearing the watch to sleep, it tracked my sleep information, my sleeping stages, and gave me a sleep score. However, the past two nights that I have worn the watch to bed, it has tracked my amount of sleep but it has not given me any information on the sleep stages or a sleep score. What can i do to fix this? Any help?

They didn't honor my warranty and only offered 25%off a new device, BUT
only off the original price not their sale price... So in effect they
offered me NOTHING!!!!

That's not right they should honor the warranty. They're sending me a new one suposidely

I'm having exact same issue. Super annoying- stopped about Mar 19.  No data since. Did a restart.  Changed sensitivity.   This is basic functionality and I haven't gotten anywhere with getting it fixed.

Agree, I'm thinking about switching too.  Paid a lot of money over the years..
