Hi,
My Versa 2 was purchased on 17 February 2021. It has been fine but today, without any explanation the screen went black and the watch would not reboot. When I placed it on the charger (although I knew it was already at around 75%) it started display odd screens intermittently. I'm pretty annoyed that it has lasted less than two years and I use it everyday. Please help.

Yes. Infuriating. It seems the 'Help desk' only comes to the party when they can fix something. This is clearly a catastrophic hardware failure and they have remained very quiet. Not a great look for their brand. I imagine that this post will be removed now. I'll be spending that bit extra on Garmin or Apple Watch .

Having the same problem. Occurred several weeks ago. Took the watch off and set it aside for several weeks. Picked it up last week and found it
to be working. Started wearing it again. Then the night before last woke to find it blue screened again. So it isn't working.
When I discovered it to be working last week I managed to install an update and thought perhaps that fixed it. NO SUCH LUCK!
Very disappointed that such an expensive watch has such a short life-span. Would never buy another Fitbit product.

It's definitely a problem on their end. I've been reading online and soooo many people have the same problem. They should hurry up and fix it. I read that some people left their watch for like a week and it worked after. I'm gonna try that. And just not update if there is one lol. Very very frustrating. I feel naked without my watch.

Oh no. My watch is working but says it needs an update to work. Ah. I hope I didn't get my hopes up for nothing. 😞
