My versa 2 hasn't come yet. I know it's probably because of the pandemic and all shipping is delayed. I just want to know the tracking number for my item because I haven't received the second email that tells me it. Thank you!

How long ago did you order? I was anxious to get my Fit Bit to. I ordered mine May 1st. I received an e-mail the next day telling me it had shipped and the expected delivery was May 4th. I didn't receive it May 4th though. The tracking info didn't go live until May 5th. The tracking number did show me expected delivery On May 7th. The good news was I received it on May 6th. If you've been waiting longer than me, as the person above me stated, contact fit bit. If you don't want to call, they have a chat available. Be prepared to wait though. When I did chat, I was 44th in line. I think I waited around 30 minutes. For reference, I'm on the Peninsula of the SF Bay Area. The Fit Bit shipped from Indiana. Even though it says it shipped on May 2nd, I'm thinking it went out May 4th. I had it by May 6th. Good luck to you!
