Versa 2 hasn’t synced for a week

Have reset a few times , logged in & out and nothing . Will not connect to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

Thanks for the details shared on your post and for the troubleshooting tried prior posting. I suggest trying the following in order:

 

1. On your phone, tap Settings → Bluetooth → the information icon → next to the name of your Fitbit device  → Forget This Device.

2. Turn off Bluetooth

3. Restart Versa 2. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

4. Turn on Bluetooth  

5. Open the Fitbit app and force sync your device. Press and hold on the screen and pull down.
