Versa 2 hasn’t synced in three days

Versa 2 has not sync’d in 3 days, does not record anything.  No error no message.  Versa is charged

Thanks for the detailed information shared. If you haven't done so, I suggest trying the following:

 

1. On your phone, tap Settings → Bluetooth → the information icon → next to the name of your Fitbit device  → Forget This Device.

2. Turn off Bluetooth

3. Restart Versa 2. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

4. Turn on Bluetooth  

5. Open the Fitbit app and force your device. Press and hold on the screen and pull down.
