Versa 2 hear rate isn’t working - stuck on 58

For the past couple of days the heart rate has been stuck on 52. I have restarted the watch, re-synced, turned the heart rate off on the watch THEN re-synced, kept it off for a while, nothing is working. This Versa is only 7.5 months old.
