Hello everyone, awhile back my heart monitor on my Versa 2 stopped working. Everything else is as normal. I have tried everything, including deleting the watch from my phone and re adding it. No luck. Anyone else have any ideas or experience similar issues.
Here’s my biggest issue, this is the 4th watch I’ve had either stop working or develop issues with in the last 5-6 years. I don’t want to keep replacing a watch each year and half or so.
any help is appreciated!
Thank you,
Corey

"Heart Rate" is an option to toggle on/off in Settings. Have you checked that?

I have. I have tried everything I could find in 3-4 days of online research. I’m just extremely frustrated that I now have to buy another watch only to have it last 14-18 months.

"Everything else normal" makes me wonder if heart rate is really not working, or perhaps just not displaying where you are looking. Are you getting sleep stages and scores? They rely on heart rate. Are you getting Active Zone Minutes, which rely on heart rate?
Does heart rate not show only on clock face, or also not anywhere on phone app?
