Versa 2 heart rate 20% higher

Comparing to a treadmill measurement, my Versa 2 seems to read my heart rate at around 20% more.

For instance, was reporting 165 while the treadmill was reporting only 140...

Can it be recalibrated or adjusted?

Hi @Tomtomato, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the heart rate readings are high.

 

In order to fix this issue, restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate.

 

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it provides more accurate heart rate readings.
