I’ve had 2 versa 2s and both of them display a heart rate that is around 10bpm higher than what the doctor’s heart rate monitor says is anyone able to help?

Hi @Tommy_Fontanell, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. Heart-rate tracking can be affected by several factors including air temperature and device location on your arm. For more information about this, please check our help articles:
Also, we do not recommend our users to compare the data tracked with a Fitbit device and another heart rate tracking monitor because they may use different algorithms to determine such data.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you I just had another problem with my versa 2. It just turned off and won’t turn back on it connects to my phone, and is still tracking on the app but the screen won’t turn on. I have only had this watch for a few months. I tried charging it and holding the button and Alexa works but I can’t get anything else to show up on the screen.
