I started using my Versa 2 at the end of November. I have used the exercise app multiple times per week to track Bootcamps where I always burn 250-400 calories each workout with my heart rate well over 100bpm. After the update on 2/19, my heart rate has not shown to go over 100bpm and the max calories I've burned is 180. Did something change? I've restarted the watch and it has not helped.

Hi @SVega, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Heart-rate tracking can be affected by several factors including air temperature and device location on your arm. For more information about this, please check our help articles:
However, if your heart-rate tracker seems inaccurate after taking the recommendations into account, please reply with answers to the following questions so I can further investigate:
I'll be waiting for your reply if further assistance is needed.

Hi Ricardo! Thanks for replying. I am wearing my Fitbit correctly on my wrist. Nothing has changed besides, the update on 2/19 which has now caused it to not track my BPM or calories correctly. For example, last night I did 45m of cardio and my BPM average showed 88. Before the update, my cardio workouts got my average BPM to around 130.
