Versa 2 heart rate and sleep doesn't work

My versa 2 will not measure my heart rate or record my sleep. Steps and everything else seems to work just fine. Heart rate is turned on in the settings on the device and I've held the side button to "reboot" watch.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you experienced. Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve is before contacting us.

 

Before going any further, please let me know if the green lights in the back are on or off? You can turn them off and back on in the settings to see if there is any change.

 

In the meantime, you can set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
