Hi,
My fitbit versa 2 stopped tracking heart rate on the 20/3/20 for no apparent reason, the rest of the watch continued to work with basic sleep data until 26/3 where sleep tracking stopped completely. I have tried restarting the watch many times, it initially brought heart rate function back to life for roughly a minute and then was stuck on that heart rate, it now doesn't detect a heart rate at all and the green flashing light on the sensor doesn't show. As the heart rate and sleep were the main reason I chose a fitbit I am frustrated that they're broken. Any advice beyond restarting the watch? I have already tried that multiple times and it makes no difference and the heart rate monitor setting is on.

Without heart rate you won't see sleep stages..
You say it stopped for no reason, I assume you already checked the Heart setting on the tracker.

Yes I have checked the heart rate setting on the tracker. I have also both soft reset and hard reset the device with no change in heart rate reporting

Then @hazywinter try setting up the Versa as a replacement device or remove the Versa and set it up as a New Device.
If all fails, use the Contact Fitbit link found in the above right slide out menu. Link to help will also be found under the help on web and on the Fitbit app.

My Versa 2 is doing the same thing. I have tried all of the recommended steps and nothing is working. Right now all it is, is a pedometer and watch. This is very frustrating and I need a resolution.
