Like so many my heart rate has stopped. Done all the tricks and still dead. No heart rate means no sleep records or any benefits as a fit watch. I now have a glorified expensive watch and step counter. As everyone else and all other fit bits I’ve had it’s **ahem** itself just outside of warranty. Reputation is going down the drain fast. All I see on here is everyone saying the same. Time to change brands, no help, good as useless device. This isn’t what we pay for. Something dramatic needs to change or give them a couple of years and they’ll be obsolete!!

I to had my Versa heart rate feature stop working, doing EVERYTHING possibly suggested... But, to no avail. It stopped after about 5 months of ownership. Due to health issues I was dealing with, I had no time to call support. I went ahead and bought another...yes I know, crazy. I needed my smartwatch desperately.
Well my friend took it apart, finding the exact problem right away... The part connecting to the monitoring heart rate simply was disconnected. Not sure how, but it was. Hence why the heart part wasn't working. Might be what your issue is, and many others? Thought I'd throw that out there?
