Just got a new Versa 2 a week ago. Today I ran on the treadmill and my heart rate was tracked accurately. When I pull up my stats in the app, the graph for that workout shows orange and yellow all over. It notes my average HR for the workout was 146 and I reached a high of 170. Yet the corresponding Zone Minutes graph says the workout was 100% below zones. The tracker is contradicting itself. How can I fix this? I’m concerned how it could throw off other stats like calorie burn. Thanks!

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Help forum. I think (hope) I have the answer for you. The Versa 2 was released with active minutes. A firmware update gave it active zone minutes. Many users, including me, had one day of what you describe. Everything was fine the next day. It looked like a one and done display bug. Please get back if the issue continues.
