When I am exercising and my heart rate reaches 170, it then starts to drop down to 115-120 over a span of maybe 15 seconds and then climb back up to 170 again over a span of another 15 or so seconds and then this process repeats again when it gets up to above 170 again. Even when my heart rate should be steadily staying in the 170s, it always does this and has been doing this for about a month. When it does this it counts my calories burned to be inaccurate because even if my heart rate is at 175 for 10 minutes straight, it is only calculating maybe half of that accurately, and the rest of the time it is calculating calories burned during the time it is fluctuating down to 115 and back up. I’ve checked for updates for my versa 2 (there is no update) and I’ve tried restarting my Fitbit, cleaning it, etc. I’ve tried wearing it at different points on my wrist (closer to my hand and up to about 1.5inch up my arm from my hand), I’ve tried wiping the sensor when this happens in case my sweat is causing some interference but that doesn’t help either. Nothing has worked, and it’s getting very frustrating.
