Hello.
I have been using the Versa 2 for 5 months without any problems. But the last month, my watch seems to have stopped correctly measuring my heart rate. It is way too low during my workouts (mostly it is even below the fat burning zone, rarely reaches cardio), although I notice how high my pulse is during workouts.
I've already tried to wear the watch differently (looser, tighter, on the other wrist, etc.). Even a restart did not help.
When I take the watch off and put it on again, the pulse jumps to a normal number (then I briefly reach cardio during my workout), but after 1-2 minutes, it jumps back to a pulse around 90-100 (although I am still into workout and still having a high heart rate).
What can I do?
