My versa 2 first stopped working with Alexa. I tried everything to no avail. Well was living with that. Now everyday I must restart the fitbit to get heart rate to pick up. It often stops working in middle of night which means the sleep feature doesn’t work. Please help. Ready to give up on device that I had been very happy with. I sent message a month ago and still haven’t received response.
