hi
recently the heart rate function isn't working. I have it on the right arm and everything. the green light on the back isn't shining to show that its working. the Fitbit works perfectly except again for the heart rate. how can I fix it? is there a way to fix it? thanks

thank you for the suggestions. i read them all and it turned out that my heart rate tracker was turned off. so i turned it back on. thanks again 🙂
