So I just got a fitbit versa 2 and everything seems to be fine with the watch I can see my heart rate ect.
The app however won't show the graphs that it should be plotting with the heart rate details. It will show the heart rate on the main dashboard but when I go into it it says "no measurements"
I have tried re syncing the versa, delteling the app, clearing the cache with the forced quit and restart. Nothing has worked.
Bit annoying that there are issues on the first day!

@Charliesheehy when was the last sync? Please open fitbit app, tap on your profile picture and check the time of the sync under Versa 2. Also, could you please go to Fitbit Dashboard on Fitbit.com (using the browser) and see if there's any resting HR recorded there?

Hi There, I got the same problem, it says no measurements. It's annoying. Did you get this resolved. It's the first day I started Versa2. App says it's synced a moment ago.
Thanks

I have the same problem, but on random days.. Very annoying as the information is worth nothing, so might as well not subject myself to the radio waves and wear a normal watch...
