Versa 2 heart rate inaccuracies

Hi 

I am having major issues with the heart rate not tracking properly, it is currently tracking about 10-20 beats less per minute, each workout i do it is showing below.  Finally got a answer today from Fitbit saying there is a technical issue and they are trying to resolve it.  my 45 days is up next week for a full refund and i am debating getting a full refund and buying a apple watch.
