Hi There.
I have noticed some strange inaccuracies during cardio workouts on my Versa 2.
During high impact hiit workouts at times my watch shows my heart rate as low as 104bpm which is impossible as at that time I can barely breathe 🤣.
Today I did a half hour hiit step aerobics session and on the end screen after the workout it said my average rate was 144 bpm and my highest was 172bpm, yet when I looked on the exercise part of the app the heart rate graph was too low and said my highest was 144bpm.
Its almost like the watch and the app only half synced if that makes any sense.
Does anyone know what is going on with these watches because it drives me mad.
Thank you in advance 😁

Hello @LizzieB1980, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums.
Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with your Versa 2 watch.
Before considering other options, I would recommend performing a restart and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
In case the information is not being displayed properly on the graph, please try to log out, then restart your phone and log back in to check if the information is accurate.
Hope this helps.

Hello 😁
Thank you for taking the time to reply to me, I will have a go with that and see if it helps.
The app hasn't done it since it was just annoying that it chose to have its weird moment after the best workout I had done I ages 🤣 typical
Thanks again
Lizzie
