My versa 2 is just a touch over a year old.
it no longer registers my HR when working out, it vibrates every 3 minutes for no reason (which stinks because I use the smart alarm wake up and can no longer wear at night when sleeping).
I chose a Fitbit over the Apple Watch for Christmas 2019 and now I’m afraid I made a horrible mistake.

Hi @Ksm1862, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Heart-rate tracking can be affected by several factors including air temperature and device location on your arm. For more information about this, please check our help articles:
However, if your heart-rate tracker seems inaccurate after taking the recommendations into account, please reply with answers to the following questions so I can further investigate:
I'll be waiting for your reply if further assistance is needed.

I wear it a finger above my wrist and a little tighter but not restrictive like the troubleshooting suggests.
I first noticed it when I was on the stairclimber. My Fitbit said 112 bpm and I could feel my heart rate being at peak. It’s the one exercise that will get my HR up without issue.
I noticed that there was an update so I did exactly that. Made the inaccuracy even worse and now it vibrates every 2-3 min for no reason.

I am experiencing the exact same problem with my versa 2 and it’s also just over a year old. Iv try all the recommendations and still no change to my versa.
