Im so disappointed with my Versa 2. As long as I'm not working out, it's fine. Heart rate so inaccurate, reading far lower than it is. I've tried "all the tricks and tips."

Hi!
I have the same problem and have tried every thing from this thread but it doesn't work. There is no green light at the back of my watch either. What can I do? Do I need to do a factory reset?

I've found that if I wet the back of my versa the heart rate monitor is more accurate, when I'm working out. It also seems to help with it wanting to take awhile before getting a good reading when I first start my workout.
