Versa 2 heart rate inacuracy

Hello, 

HM is not going more than 83 bpm when I workout.

When Im taking of versa 2 and then putting again on hand it shows 123bpm.

What to do?

Hi @konstantinsf, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's not tracking your heart rate accurately.

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, turn off and turn on the heart rate feature. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
