Ever since the update last week, my heart rate is either comically low for my activity or doesn't read the heart rate at all. I know generally my zones during a workout and for a week, I'll be almost 30 minutes into a spin class, and my heart rate will show "below zone" and that I've only burned 60 cals or something else really low. I know the Fitbit isn't perfect but this is not even usable data.. has anyone experienced this and found a fix?

I have the same issue. Haven’t found a way to fix it yet!

I am having the same issues. I do workouts that are intense and make me sweat and it shows below zone the whole time. I would really like to figure out how to fix it.. I got this watch for Christmas and I'm kinda disappointed.

I’m literally having the same issue! sometimes it will be fine and track normally and other times it says it’s below zone when i know it should be in cardio zone! i noticed it started happening right after the update last week! hope there is a fix soon because it’s awfully frustrating!

This is an issue for many people. It looks like the fitbit moderators have turned commenting off on the firmware update thread. They are aware of the problem and not offering any meaningful suggestions on what to do about it. So now we wait for another update....
