I have had my Versa 2 for a year. All of the sudden the heart rate is either not reading at all or it gets frozen on one numberX I have tried to clean the sensor and restart the watch. It seems to help for a short bit but then just freezes up again. Super frustrating.

Hi @lrhanson, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the heart rate tracking issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit.
