The latest update ruined my Versa 2 heart rate tracking so now the watch is useless and Fitbit is not taking any responsibilty. Anyone have any recommendations for other brands of trackers?

I have been wearing mine the same way for years was having the same problem since the firmware update.  I complained through a chat and they showed me that I should be wearing it 2 finger widths from the wrist bone during exercise and this fixed the issue.

I tried this fix and it still didn't help. As soon as heart rate gets in the 170s it shoots back down to 120s-130s.
