My Versa heart rate is stuck at 94

Hi there, @laurw. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. 

As a first approach, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work, as @Guy_ has suggested, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

HI @laurw - this could be a watch face issue - in which case change it to another one from the Clocks app on the watch [or Gallery tile in the Fitbit App].

 

To easily check, swipe the watch face left and launch the Today app and see if it says 94 also.
