In last few days my versa 2 is stuck at 70 BPM. When I shut it down and restart it the BPM starts working but just for a while and gose back to being stuck.

Hi there, @Anunay. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the inconvenience with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
As per the description of your post, it seems like the 70 BPM is your resting heart rate.
Resting heart rate is the number of times your heart beats per minute when you’re still and well-rested. Typically, resting heart rate ranges from 60-100 bpm, but the rate can vary based on age and fitness level.
For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? and What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Thanks for the reply ,but actually that's not the case I can see the green light turns off after sometime when I restart my versa 2. During this time no BMP data is registered and hence doesn't show up on my app.
