I was not getting proper sleep tracking and eventually realized that it was because my heart rate monitor had stopped working and there was no resting heart rate being recorded so no sleep tracking.
I found out the steps for restarting my heart rate monitor and got it to restart. I was happy.... but then it just keeps stopping. It will work for a time and then the green light goes off and I have to restart it again, Sometimes it will go for a day and sometimes just for an hour or two. Very frustrating!
I have been using Fitbits for 7 years (and owned about four or five different ones) and I would like to think this issue could be sorted. This Fitbit is less than a year old.
