Versa 2 heart rate monitor light not workinf

The heart rate monitor on my versa 2 no longer works. The green light on the back of the versa is not working and there is no reading on either the app or the watch. I have restarted, reset, removed and reinstalled the Versa from my phone and it still doesn’t work. Can someone please help and tell me what to do next or if I need to return it. This is my second Fitbit that has broken 😕🙁

Hi @lwomack20,

 

There's a setting, I think in your Device Settings to turn the heart rate on and off.  You need to go to the Fitbit app on your phone and select the Versa 2, then "Settings", then "Heart Rate" I believe.
