Versa 2 heart rate monitor not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have searched these forums and tried every solution I can find and nothing is working. The last time my heart rate monitor shows a reading is July 12. It just randomly stopped working. It’s not even a year old and I can’t seem to get any type of customer support (email, phone, live chat) to work. Super frustrated that I can’t get this. I’ve even factory reset it!!

I'm sure you have tried this, but just in case...

  • Swipe left on the clock face until you see the "Settings" icon.
  • Tap on the "Settings" Icon
  • Swipe up until you see "Heart Rate - Enables heart data features". It is the next to last section.
  • If you don't see "On" then tap the text once and it will say "On".

Good luck and welcome to the boards.

I can only say one more thing - - - "One-year warranty".

I received an in-warranty replacement for a Versa 2 device just over six months after purchase and it is working as advertised since installation seven days ago.

When the FitBit device and mobile app combination works I am one of their biggest fans, but they don't always get it right, in my case it looked like a bad bluetooth chip in the device.
