The heart rate monitor on my Versa 2 has stopped working. I've tried everything i can find on the community site, including a factory reset, but nothing has fixed the problem.

Hi @ElliottWozEre, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 stopped tracking your heart rate. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via Social Media. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
