Versa 2 heart rate monitor not working

Having issues with my heart rate monitor not working. I have done a reset and factory reset and still nothing. This is my 2nd versa my first did the same thing after only having it for 10 months and now this versa 2 that they replaced it with under warranty is doing it at 11 months?? Anyone else having this issue... or have any advice?

I'm having the same problem. My Versa is 18 months old. Heart rate monitor stopped working today. Did all the resets and cleaned the sensors and still nothing. Am also interested in any advice.
