Versa 2 heart rate monitor not working

It’s been a couple weeks now that my tracker has not been good at showing my heart rate. For days the laser will not work and it will not show the heart rate. Many times it will show the heart rate and stay at that rate for hours until the laser stops working again. I’ve tried to restart it several times and the problem has not been fixed. What should I do?
